Community Partners

Our team is dedicated to creating and supporting partnerships among schools, families, and the Athens-Clarke County community.
As a central resource for family engagement, our staff strives to engage with our essential partners (parents/guardians, the ACC community) to help our students achieve academic goals. We are responsible for communicating the goals, objectives, and priorities of the Clarke County School District and strive to provide our families and community with accurate and timely information.
When our community partners with CCSD, we can achieve goals that benefit our most important asset: OUR STUDENTS. Thank you for your interest in making a difference for the Clarke County School District students through community partnerships.

Mandated Reporting Training
Dear Community Partners,We greatly appreciate and value your willingness to support virtual learning via the creation of community learning pods. As you support our students, we want to equip you with the tools to ensure all concerns of suspected abuse and neglect are reported in a timely manner. We encourage you to complete the Mandated Reporter Training provided by Pro Solutions. This valuable online training is available for free at any time of day that you may want to use it. It is one hour of your time to learn how to better recognize the indicators of abuse and neglect, understand your role in responsible reporting, and identifying the groups of children that may be at a higher risk of being abused or neglected. You can submit reports on the CPS website after completing the online training @ https://www.prosolutionstraining.com/. The mandated reporter courses are free – all you need is a Pro Solutions Training account. You'll be able to print a certificate and access code as soon as you complete the course and test, IACET CEUs are included on each certificate at no charge.
