Students:

The Green Team will meet on Thursdays until 6:00 pm as part of our 21st Century after-school program, so students wishing to join must apply for both 21st Century and Green Team. The benefits of falling under the 21st-century program are that students will receive an after-school snack and have access to bus transportation home if desired. Only 15 students will be admitted to the Green Team, so be sure that you are seriously interested in gardening and environmental stewardship and are committed to regularly attending on Thursdays. Good news: You DON'T have to be a master gardener or a millionaire to support our program! (Although, we welcome all experts and philanthropists who want to bless us with your riches.) We are thrilled to accept your surplus plants, seeds, garden tools, and home landscape leftovers! The Current and Future Projects page includes specific materials we need to achieve our goals, and the last section of this page lists general needs. If you'd like to support us more formally, we would love to have a community sponsor (or several) for each of our projects.
