    Welcome to the Purchasing Department. The Mission of the Purchasing Department is to obtain the best prices, quality products, and services for faculty, staff, and students and to maximize the Clarke County School District's resources. This is accomplished through the issuance of phone quotes, written bids, requests for proposals, State of Georgia contracts, and other local and federal agency contracts. 

    Purchasing Operating Principles

    • To ensure that the purchasing operation is in compliance with the laws of the State of Georgia and the policies of the Clarke County School District.
    • To encourage fair and honest business practices while protecting the interest of the Clarke County School District.
    • To assist in protecting and developing effective policies and procedures that give clear direction for the contracting, procuring, receiving, and distributing functions of the school district.
