The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for Design Build Services for a Bi-Directional Amplifier System for the Public Safety Radio Signal for the following schools: Clarke Middle School and Cedar Shoals High School. Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 11:00 AM (EDT) on May 22, 2024 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Clarke County School District is requesting proposals from qualified Energy Audit firms to provide Level 1 and Level 3 Energy audits for the district’s facilities. There will be approximately 28 facilities to conduct a level 1 energy audit and 3 facilities to conduct a level 3 energy audit per ASHRAE standard 211-2018 (RA2023).

Proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM (EST) on May 21, 2024.

The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for MOVING SERVICES for the Clarke Middle School project. Proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 11:00 AM on May 2, 2024 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit will be held at 3:30PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd, Athens, Georgia 30607.  This move will occur from May 18 through May 22, 2024.

The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for MOVING SERVICES for the Cedar Shoals High School project. Proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 11:15 AM on May 2, 2024 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit will be held at 3:30PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd, Athens, Georgia 30607.  This move will occur from May 24 through May 28, 2024.

Advertisement for Sealed Bid of Building: The Ellard House

Clarke County School District, acting by and through its Board of Education (“CCSD”) is seeking bids for the structure known as the Ellard House located at 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia 30601 (the “House”).  The sale will be of the structure only, which the successful bidder will be required to remove from the property as set forth below.  Ownership will be conveyed by Bill of Sale.

The House is briefly described as follows: The House is a 2 story, wood frame building with approximately 4585 square feet of heated space with 667 square feet of covered wrap around front porch and 152 square feet of a covered back porch. The House is supported by masonry piers in a crawl space.

CCSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The House is being sold “as is.” CCSD makes no representations or warranties concerning the condition of the House, the suitability of the House for the Purchaser’s intended uses, or any other matter.
