Local School Governance Team (LSGT)
Community/Parents/Students:
We are looking for a strong community member, parent, and student to join our Local School Governance Team (LSGT). Our LSGT meets once a month, typically via zoom, around 5:30 to discuss the needs of our school as a whole. If you are interested in helping us SOAR to new heights, please reach out to our Principal, Dr. Angelia Major.

BOE Sets Two Additional Millage Rate Public Hearings
At its Thursday, June 1 meeting, the Clarke County Board of Education set two additional public hearings to allow more opportunities for citizen input on the Clarke County School District’s proposal to keep the millage rate at 18.8 mills for the 2024 fiscal year.
