To protect earnings lost due to disabilities that last less than 90 days, you may wish to purchase Short Term Disability coverage. This plan covers you after your accumulated sick days run out. You will not receive two checks! You choose the monthly benefit that you’d want if you became disabled. Benefits are payable for up to three months.
