The Clarke County School District is pleased to offer the use of its facilities to community organizations. All requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event and submitted through this process. Requests received less than 30 days before an event are not guaranteed consideration or processing. Facility reservation is not complete until Niki Huff contacts the requesting party to confirm availability and final fee total. All cancellations or rescheduling of the event must be presented in writing to Niki Huff at least 10 calendar days in advance of the scheduled event date. Failure to cancel an event in the designated time frame will result in appropriate fees being charged for CCSD staff providing services for the event.
