During this week-long focus on college and careers, each grade level completes an activity or lesson in ELT for Monday-Thursday. Eighth-grade students’ lessons prepare them to participate in a special College/Career Day, visiting displays set up by community businesses and schools. On Friday, the entire BHL family (students/faculty & staff) participate in College/Career Spirit Day, dressing as their favorite profession or in favorite college shirt.
