The Clarke County Board of Education approved the hiring of Dr. Bipul K Singh to fill the position of principal at Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary at the May 9, 2019 meeting. This is the first of seven principal positions that are being filled through a collaboration between district staff and school hiring committees comprised of the LSGT, community members and school staff.
