CCSD Conducting Communications Surveys

SCoPE logoThe Clarke County School District is committed to strengthening communication with all of its stakeholders as we work to provide the best possible education for our students. Based upon the feedback CCSD received in a recent survey, the district is now working with the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) on a comprehensive review of our communication efforts to assist us in better meeting the communication needs of our community.

As part of this communications audit, CCSD is administering the SCoPE (School Communications Performance Evaluation) Surveys dedicated to evaluating the effectiveness of our communication with staff, parents/families, and our community.

It is important that we hear from as many of our parents and guardians, employees, and community members as possible. The survey results will be used as part of the broader communications audit to find out both what is working, so that we can keep doing it, as well as what we need to do better. The more participants we have in the surveys, the stronger our data will be to help us make informed decisions.

We hope you will participate in our survey to make your voice heard. Your privacy is protected, and participation is completely anonymous.

Beginning Monday, March 21, click on the links below to get started. The surveys will take less than 15 minutes to complete. The deadline is April 1.
