As we conclude a successful first year of the Gifted Savings financial literacy education program at all three CCSD high schools, we are pleased to partner with several local restaurants on a community percentage day on Thursday, April 30, that will help our efforts to support this groundbreaking initiative for years to come.

Gifted Savings provides every graduating senior with a $1,000 investment portfolio that they can take full control of once they turn 18 and successfully complete all of their online learning modules in the program. CCSD became the first school district nationally to implement the program districtwide with the Class of 2026 as the inaugural graduating class and is now raising money to continue funding the initiative in future years.

On April 30, during Dining for Dividends, a portion of sales at the following participating locations in Athens-Clarke County will go toward benefitting Gifted Savings in CCSD! When you visit these locations, make sure to mention you’re there to support the Gifted Savings program!
