We are getting ready for our Valentine’s Brunch! This will be an invite-only event, and I couldn’t be more excited.
This special day is all about giving our students the opportunity to express their love and appreciation to that one person in their life who means so much to them. Moments like these are priceless, and we are honored to help create a memory they will carry with them for a lifetime.
Love, gratitude, and unforgettable memories are on the way 💐✨

Classic City’s Boys’ Group Real Talk hosted its very first PORT (Parents of Real Talk) evening event last week — and it was a huge success!
A special thank you to Mr. Richie for planning and coordinating such a meaningful evening. We are also grateful to our guest speakers — Ms. Sellers, Dr. Tolbert, and Sheriff Williams — for sharing their time, wisdom, and encouragement with our families. And a huge shoutout to Ms. Forest for her ongoing support and dedication to making this event possible.
We’re excited for what’s ahead as we continue building strong connections between our Real Talk boys, their families, and our community!

Classic City’s Boys’ Group Real Talk led by Behavior Interventionist Mr. Julius Richie had an incredible opportunity today! We were honored to welcome ACC Chief of Police Jerry Saulters and ACC Deputy Chief of Community Services Willie Brinkley as our guest speakers.
They shared powerful insights, encouraged our young men, and reminded them of the importance of leadership, accountability, and community. We’re grateful for their time, wisdom, and support of our mission.
Thank you, Deputy Chief Brinkley and Chief Saulters, for investing in our boys!

📣 Welcome Back, Classic City High School! 🦅
We hope you all enjoyed your long Thanksgiving break and were able to spend quality time with family, friends, and lots of good food. We were so excited to see everyone back this week and getting back into the groove of school!
As a reminder, we only have a few weeks left before Christmas Break and the end of the first semester. Students, these next few weeks are very important — major tests are coming up, and this is the perfect time to catch up, stay focused, and finish strong. Seniors, please make sure you’re staying on top of all requirements. Let’s bring this semester home with a homerun! ⚾💪
Parents and guardians, we also have some exciting end-of-year celebrations approaching. We would love to see you all on December 17th at our Fall Semester Awards Ceremony. Students are asked to dress in casual attire, and we will be taking plenty of photos to capture the moment!
Let’s finish this semester strong, Eagles! 🦅💙✨

✨ Life Skills Girls Club Update ✨
Our Life Skills Girls Club had the wonderful opportunity
to visit the Learning Center on the West Side and read to the Pre-K students! 📚💛
It was such a meaningful experience for our girls. Several of them shared that the visit inspired them to consider changing their career pathways to work with children — and many said they can’t wait to go back and do it again! 💕
This is exactly what Life Skills is all about — giving back, building confidence, and creating new experiences that help our young ladies grow.Even though some of them were nervous at first, they pushed through with courage and ended up reading to not just one, but two classes! 🙌
We are so proud of you, young ladies — you all did an amazing job representing Classic City High School! 🦅💛

I had the pleasure of visiting Ms. Betenekova 1st-period Science class today as they explored and visually demonstrated the Laws of Motion! 🚀⚙️ It was amazing to see the students so engaged and bringing science to life through hands-on learning.

💖 Life Skills for Girls on the Move! 💖
Last Tuesday, our Life Skills for Girls club visited ACCA, where Ms. Noel spoke with the girls about the importance of taking care of our beautiful bodies — inside and out! 🌸
The girls truly enjoyed the field trip walk to ACCA and loved hearing from Ms. Noel about how to care for and maintain a healthy body. 🩷
