Division Overview

The mission of the Business Services Division is to provide support for the education process. It does so by budgeting, organizing, collecting tax revenues, and paying obligations including the employee payroll. Major responsibilities are accounting (payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting), asset management, internal auditing, budgeting, and purchasing.

The division includes the following departments/offices:

  • Accounting

  • Accounts Payable

  • Assets

  • Auditing

  • Financial Support

  • Payroll

  • Purchasing and Contracts.
