We are excited to welcome all 6th grade parents to Coile Middle School this Friday, August 21st at 8:50 AM! 🍳☕

Parents are invited to eat breakfast with their students and enjoy some time together while connecting with their child’s teachers and learning important grade-level information.

• Time to ask questions and meet other families

📣 PTSA Meeting: Our PTSA meeting will also take place during the Parent Breakfast, so we encourage families to join us and learn more about how you can get involved at Coile!

Parents can purchase student breakfast for $2.50.

📢 **IMPORTANT CAR RIDER ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL UPDATE**

Dear Parents and Families,

Please review the following important reminders regarding our morning and afternoon car rider procedures.

🌅 MORNING CAR RIDER DROP-OFF
📍 Location: Gym Entrance

- Morning car riders will continue to be dropped off by the gym.
-The car rider doors will NOT open before 8:00 AM. Please do not drop students off before 8:00 AM.
-The car rider lane closes EXACTLY at 8:30 AM. Students arriving after 8:30 AM must be dropped off at the front office and will need to receive a pass before reporting to class.

🚗 AFTERNOON CAR RIDER PICK-UP
📍 Location: Front Office/Main Entrance

Starting **Monday, August 17**, ALL afternoon car riders will be picked up at the front of the school, by the front office/ main entrance.

Please remember:

➡️ Morning drop-off = Gym
➡️ Afternoon pick-up = Front Office/Main Entrance

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support as we work together to keep our students safe and ensure a smooth arrival and dismissal process!

Attention, 6th-Grade Parents: It's time for The Cougar Come Up event!
The event will be held Friday, July 31st, from 12:30 to 4:00. Please see the flyer for more information and register today.

Open House for 7th & 8th graders will be held Monday, Aug. 3rd, from 1:30 to 3:30.

We can't wait to welcome our Cougar Scholars and families back to Coile!

Join us for Lunch on the Lawn! We’re excited to have 4 amazing vendors coming out to serve lunch for students and families.

🍗 Winghouse will be offering:
• Wings (Hot, Medium, Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and more)
• Chicken tenders
• Fries
• Chips

🐔 Chick-fil-A will be offering:
• Original chicken sandwiches
• Spicy chicken sandwiches
• Cookies
• Brownies
• Chips
• Drinks

🌮 La Parilla will also be joining us — their FULL menu is attached to the flyer.

🍔 Baddies Burger will be serving their signature smashburgers only!

Parents are also welcome to arrive a few minutes early before their child’s lunch time begins if you would like extra time to order food.

We look forward to seeing everyone for a fun afternoon of food and fellowship on the lawn!

Don’t forget — we are hosting **Lunch on the Lawn** on **May 15**, and we would love to see our community come out and support!
