📢 February Events at Classic City High School! 📢
Black History Month is just around the corner, and we are excited to celebrate and honor the rich history, culture, and contributions of Black leaders past and present! 🎉
To kick off the month, we are hosting a Canned Food Drive from Monday, Feb. 3 – Friday, Feb. 7! 🥫✨
🔹 How to Participate:
Students and staff can bring canned goods to their advisement class throughout the week. Each classroom will have a designated box for donations.
🔹 The Competition:
At the end of the week, we will count each advisement class’s canned goods. The class with the most donations will win a PIZZA PARTY! 🍕🎉
🔹 Morning Announcements:
Every morning, we’ll be sharing inspiring Black History facts to educate and empower our students. 📖💡
🔹 Community Impact:
All donated canned goods will be given to the City of Refuge to support families in need. Let's come together to make a difference! ❤️
We’re asking students, teachers, staff, parents, and guardians to help make this Canned Food Drive a HUGE success! Thank you in advance for your support—we truly appreciate you! 🙌🏽✨

Today Classic City High School will be having our First Annual Awards Ceremony in the GYM , at 11:30a.m. If you are available please join us as we give honor to our students that has work really hard this Fall semester.
Tomorrow we are having our 3rd Family Thanksgiving , here at Classic City High . We will start serving at 12pm , we hope you all are able to join us and we are asking only 2 guest min please. We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

Conference dates are November 20-22:
Early dismissal for students on November 20 and 21.
No school on November 22.

We are thrilled to invite you to our 3rd Annual Family Thanksgiving celebration this Friday, November 15, here at Classic City High School! Our students are so excited to share this special meal with you and to enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving lunch together.
The event will take place in our cafeteria at 12:00 PM. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that each student be accompanied by a maximum of two family members. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Eagles Kicked Off Hispanic Heritage Month with a BANG! 🎉💃🕺
We’re celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with four weeks of fun and culture, and week 1 did NOT disappoint! We started things off by introducing some amazing Hispanic music and were treated to a stunning performance by professional dancers who showed off beautiful dance moves from different Hispanic countries! 💃🕺 They not only danced but shared the rich cultural stories behind each dance, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
And guess what? We’re just getting started! Stay tuned for the exciting weeks ahead as we continue to celebrate Hispanic heritage in style! 🎶🌍
