The Clarke County School District’s Academic Calendar Committee is beginning its work to develop proposed academic calendars for the 2027-28 and 2028-29 school years that will be presented to the Superintendent for review and the Board of Education for final approval later this fall. 

To help guide this work, we are seeking your input! Please complete this brief survey by Tuesday, September 29. The survey is also available in Spanish. You may select your language in the upper right-corner dropdown menu. 

If you are both a parent/guardian/family member and a school-based or district staff member, you may complete the survey separately. Parents and guardians will need their student’s six-digit ID number, which can be found in your Parent Portal account. If you need assistance, please email communications@clarke.k12.ga.us. Staff will use their five-digit CCSD employee number to complete the survey.
