Dear Parents and Guardians,
You are cordially invited to our 7th Grade Awards Night Ceremony. We will celebrate our students' achievements throughout the 25-26 school year. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from approximately 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Hilsman Gymnasium. Please note that the ceremony is invitation-only. Be sure to look for an invitation that will be sent home with your child.

Dear 8th Grade Families,
We are excited for our 8th Grade Picnic at Sandy Creek on Friday, May 1st from 9:30 AM–2:30 PM and would love for parents to be a part of this special event!
We are looking for parents who would like to:
🌞 Attend and help chaperone at the picnic
💧 Donate bottled waters and juice boxes for students (110 students)
🙋 Volunteer to help support the event
If you are interested in attending, donating, or volunteering, please email me to let me know how you would like to participate. ( billingsa@clarke.k12.ga.us)
Please also note: Students may attend the picnic only if they have paid their 8th grade dues and submitted their permission slip.
Your support will help make this a fun and memorable celebration for our 8th graders. Thank you in advance for helping us make this a great day for our students!

Dear Families,
This is a friendly reminder that RSVPs for Spring Fling: Lunch on the Lawn close tomorrow. If you have not submitted your student’s RSVP by the deadline, your student will not be able to attend the event.
LUNCH ON LAWN RSVP
📅 Event Dates:
6th Grade – April 27 10:15am -11:00am
7th Grade – April 28 - 11:15am - 12:00pm
8th Grade – April 29 12:15pm - 1:00pm
Please be sure to complete your RSVP as soon as possible so your student does not miss out on our final Lunch on the Lawn of the year!

🌸 Spring Fling: Final Lunch on the Lawn! 🌸
Dear Families,
We are excited to wrap up the year with our final Lunch on the Lawn! Students will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch outside with music, games, and time with friends.
📅 6th Grade: April 27
📅 7th Grade: April 28
📅 8th Grade: April 29
⏰ This event will take place during your child’s scheduled lunch period on the school lawn.
🚨 Please remember: RSVP is required for your student to participate.
