Overview

CCSD strives to enhance the well-being, health, and academic success of all students by providing accessible, comprehensive, and high-quality healthcare services directly within the school environment. We are committed to fostering access to healthcare, promoting preventive care, and empowering students and their families to lead healthier lives.

In pursuit of that mission, CCSD has school-based health centers (SBHCs) that are open to students and staff stationed throughout the district. The SBHCs provide sick and wellness visits, immunizations, physicals, and other services. Locations include:

Take the School-based Health Center Satisfaction Survey

SBHC satisfaction survey

CCSD students, staff, and families who have used one of our four school-based health centers for services are asked to rate their experience by taking this short survey (available in English and Spanish). Your feedback is valuable to us and will help inform us on how we can better serve our families.
