Starting in July, the board will meet once monthly.
At its Thursday, June 1 meeting, the Clarke County Board of Education set two additional public hearings to allow more opportunities for citizen input on the Clarke County School District’s proposal to keep the millage rate at 18.8 mills for the 2024 fiscal year.
The CCSD District Office will have modified business hours over the next several weeks.
CCSD encourages parents/guardians of new students (grades PK-12) and any students returning from another district to register their child now so that they will be ready for the first day of school.
