The CCSD Transportation Department is looking forward to a great 2024-25 school year. As we prepare for the start of school on Aug. 1, if your student is A.) new to CCSD and is in need of bus transportation to and/or from school this coming year; B.) has moved to a different address, or C.) did not ride the bus last year but is in need of transportation this year, please complete this short form to help us with planning for the year.
For families with multiple students, please complete one form per student. If your student is a returning bus rider, and their information has not changed from last year, you do not need to complete this form.

El Departamento de Transporte del Distrito Escolar del Condado Clarke espera con anticipaciĆ³n un gran aƱo escolar 2024-25. Mientras nos preparamos para el comienzo de la escuela el 1 de agosto, les pedimos a los padres, madres y tutores que completen el breve formulario a continuaciĆ³n si su alumno utilizarĆ” transporte escolar hacia y/o desde la escuela este prĆ³ximo aƱo, y: es nuevo en CCSD, se ha cambiado de direcciĆ³n o si no utilizĆ³ el transporte escolar el aƱo pasado pero desea utilizarlo este aƱo. Esto nos ayudarĆ” a planificar el transporte.
Las familias con varios alumnos deben completar un formulario por cada alumno. Si su alumno vuelve a tomar el autobĆŗs y sus datos no han cambiado desde el aƱo pasado, no es necesario que rellene este formulario.
Como recordatorio, puede encontrar informaciĆ³n sobre la ruta de autobĆŗs escolar de su hijo/a
