The mission of the Office of Safety and Energy is to:

• Develop and implement effective programs, policies, and procedures involving all district employees that promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.

• Promote energy conservation while providing effective ways to reduce energy consumption and associated costs across the district.
