Both our 7th/8th girls and boys basketball teams went undefeated this year and won the city championships this evening! This is a back-to-back championship win for the girls!
BHL students and staff members can dress down tomorrow in celebration of this win and to support our 6th-grade teams, who will play their last game of the season tomorrow evening at BHL. Please wear blue again or BHL swag.

Join us as we cheer on our girls' and boys' basketball teams for the championship games today!

We look forward to hosting our BHL Family on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025. Join us for our Parent University, "Passport to Literacy". Travel the halls and explore all the ways our students gain literacy. Literacy goes way beyond the walls of ELA classrooms. Literacy is embedded in all subjects and life.
Join us for a fun night of activities. Stay for door prizes. Learn more about how your students experience literacy within our walls!

The district has announced the following message to share with families:
Due to poor secondary road conditions resulting from yesterday’s snowfall and in the safety interests of all students and staff, CCSD schools and district offices will be closed Thursday, January 23. In keeping with our commitment to providing quality instruction, Thursday will once again be an at-home learning day for students, and schools will provide additional information about student work expectations for the day.
We will continue to closely monitor ground conditions throughout the day Thursday in collaboration with our local emergency management agency and will provide an update by Thursday evening regarding the school schedule for Friday, January 24. As always, all official updates are communicated with our families through text message and email via our mass notification system and posted to our website (www.clarke.k12.ga.us) and our social media platforms (@ClarkeCoSchools).
