🌍🎉 Hispanic Heritage Gallery Walk 🎉🌍 Our Wildcats took an incredible journey around the Hispanic world today! After weeks of hard work curating beautiful exhibits for their assigned countries, students explored the vibrant cultures of Argentina, Colombia, Bolivia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela with their very own passports. Through this experience, our students practiced important Leader in Me habits—Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood by listening to and appreciating the perspectives of others, and Habit 6: Synergize by working together to create amazing exhibits that highlighted the unique beauty of each country. Today, our Wildcats had an udderly amazing time with the Georgia Mobile Dairy Classroom! 🐄🎉 Students got an up-close look at the milking process in action and learned all about the journey from farm to fridge. Our Wildcats now have a better understanding of where their milk comes from, the importance of dairy in their diet, and the hard work dairy farmers put into managing natural resources. 🥛🌿 #OAESWildcats #DairyDay #FarmToFridge
