• The Board provides 1x your salary up to a max of $50,000 of Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance at no cost to you.

 Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

• CCSD provides 1x your salary, up to $50,000 of basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee. Accidental Death & Dismemberment provides benefits for a covered accidental bodily injury that directly causes dismemberment (e.g., the loss of a hand, eye, or foot).
